    GENERAL QUESTIONS

    Does Limeapple clothing tend to run large or small?
    Limeapple clothes run true to size, though every child is different.  Our  Size Chart is a great way to estimate what size to order.


    What’s the best way to wash Limeapple clothing?
    We always recommend following the washing instructions on the label of our garments. Many of our clothes are made with cotton or technical fabrics, which we suggest washing in cold water with a low tumble dry setting. All of our clothes are pre-washed and pre-shrunk.


    Do you ship internationally?
    At the moment, Limeapple has one warehouse - in LA, California USA. We ship to the 50 US states and territories and to Canada. We also ship internationally.  Please review our Shipping info for more details.

    The item I want is sold out. Will it be re-stocked?
    If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.  If you can’t locate the item you’re looking for on our website, you can try one of our  retail stores.


    Do you have a retailer in my area?
    We have over 800 retailers carrying our products.  To find a store in your area, check out our store locator.


    How can I give feedback about Limeapple products?
    Many of our products and technical details have been designed based on the feedback and suggestions from our customers. We love hearing from you!  Please give us your feedback and ideas. Please email contact@limeapple.com 


    Can I order Limeapple products over the phone?

    How can I add an Item to my order?

    Where is my order? 

    Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time using the order reference number that can be found in your confirmation email.

    How do I know that my order has been shipped?
    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link so you can track your order. Please take holidays and weekends into consideration when considering the shipping date.

    I think my shipment was lost in the delivery process?

    Unfortunately, if the delivery company has lost your order, Limeapple cannot be held responsible. If this is the case please open a formal investigation with the shipping company (ie: UPS, Canada Post, Fed Ex, etc). We will do our best to help escalate the complaint for you.

    Returns & Exchanges
    You can return or exchange your order within 30 days from the delivery date.
    Merchandise may be returned to the Canadian or US Ecommerce warehouse depending on the country where you live.

    All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

    • All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at the time of return.
    • All garments are subject to inspection.
    • Shipping costs are not refunded.
    • Headwear, items from "sale" and gift cards are final sale.

    If our product doesn’t perform for you, we’ll take it back—anytime.

    * Please use the most economical shipping method when returning a garment to us.


    How do I ship my online return?
    We’ve made returns simple. To return an item to our ecommerce warehouse, visit our returnspage and follow the steps.


     

     

    When will my purchase be refunded?

    Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.


    Are there any items that can't be returned?
    Yes, headwear, gift cards and all “sale” items are final sale.


    Gift Cards
    Can you offer gift cards?

    Yes, you can purchase a gift card. Our gift cards can be redeemed online.  If you would like to purchase a gift card please email help@limeapple.com. If you have any questions regarding gift cards, we would love to hear from you and can be reached at phone number: 1-800-359-5171

    Treat your gift card like cash, as it cannot be replaced. All gift cards are final sale.

    CANADA POLICIES

    When will my Canada order arrive?
    The shipping time frame depends on where you live in Canada.  Your order will typically ship within a week from the date you place your order.  Depending on your ship method, it can take another 7 days for your order to arrive.


    What currency will be displayed?
    Prices are in Canadian or US dollars depending on the country you choose.  You can change the country selection on the top right hand corner below the header by selecting the flag of the country.


    Can I change or cancel my Canada order once it’s placed?
    If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please call us at phone: 1-800-359-5171 or email sales@girlandcompany.com.   We will be happy to assist you with the cancellation if the order is not already processed.  Unfortunately once processed, an order cannot be changed.


    US POLICIES

    Does Limeapple ship to US?
    Yes! Limeapple ships directly to the US.

    When will my US order arrive?

    How does duty, paid and delivered work?
    When you view an item, the displayed price includes all customs and duty charges. That means there are no surprise charges upon the item’s arrival.  The price displayed is the total price you will pay.

    Orders shipped to US addresses are eligible to participate in Limeapple promotions, except where prohibited by law or otherwise indicated.


    Can I change or cancel my US order once it’s been placed?
