Holiday Return Policy

If you made your purchase between November 1 and December 25, we’ve got some good news! You’ve got until January 15th to make a return (on unwashed, unworn items with all tags attached and the receipt).

 

WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR LIMEAPPLE PURCHASE. WE ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF UNWORN, UNWASHED MERCHANDISE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. ALL GARMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. 

We offer our customers 3 options for returns

1)    Store Credit: Receive a Limeapple store credit for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label and a BONUS $7 credit you can use toward finding something else you’ll love.

2)    Refund:Receive a full refund back to your original payment method. Please note that we offer the option of sending you a shipping label for your refund return, at the cost of $7.99, which we will deduct from your refund  OR you are able to pay to ship the box yourself without our shipping label, if you so choose.

3)    Exchange:  If you need a different size, color or pattern, we’re happy to exchange as long as that item’s still in stock and exchanges are free as long as you use our shipping label.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on headgear and gift cards.

In order to receive a refund or exchange:

  • All hangtags must be attached to the garment
  • You must include the receipt and/or printed shipment email

Return/Exchange Process
 

  1. Register the return with Limeapple please email  sales@limeapple.com and let us know what you are returning and why. 
  2. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible.
  3. Print the address tag for USA or Canada and affix it to the package to be returned.
    Include a copy of the receipt in the package (or printed shipment email).
  4. Ship your return/exchange with a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you do not use our #2: Refund option above.

 

 

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us .


Exchanges
 

  • We will ship the new item to you via ground delivery at no extra charge (Canadian and US orders only).
  • If you wish to have the item expedited, you will be responsible for the additional charges.
